At Ethnic Kurtis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your kurti doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and have original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all ethnic handwork and embellishments intact.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items in the original packaging and download the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned kurti, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
